I never made an Paypal account, can someone tell me some instructions ? Can i make it just really fast or do I need to the bank for approval or something like that? Do i get charged for having it opened like you get charged a small fee for having a bank account?

Just goto paypal and register. After registering link your credit card, bank or what ever you want to link. It's very straightforward.

Another question: so i have a bank account that my dad puts money on and then i can withdraw it with my card, so im wondering can he see what that i signed into paypal or that i am making transactions like if I buy something for example from ebay?

@Zekida you can make a PayPal for free without having to really link a card or a bank account, but you can get limited if you receive a lot of funds in a short time span after making it, and then they'll hold the money you send and receive for up to (28 days or some shit?)

So if you got your own card, I'd link it after making your PayPal
