Opening Refunding Service

Hello! I decided to open a thread, because privately it is impossible to solve. I have a few questions for staff @Psychotic @Raple @Hova @Ahlwong @gerassss @Dave84311 @LilyLoli @arunforce @gerassss @Shadow I have contacted with pretty much all staff members, some of them I contacted with skype some here in MPGH with private messages. Some of the staff ignoring my messages, some telling me that they don't a free vouch copy, other answer is that some is not giving vouches usually. I'm a new member here with my account, so in this particular situation I have question "Who can take my a free vouch copy and approve my Refunding Service. My account don't meet requirements, because it is new. I have proof that i'm doing refunds, so please feel free to give me order which I can do for free. Waiting your answer about my particular situation. Cause my thread is already done and waiting to be posted here in this forum. Thanks for understanding!

The only staff members allowed to accept these types of vouches are Administrators, GMs, Mods, and Middlemen.

@Shadow If I haven't contacted you doesn't mean that all others I haven't too. Feel free to ask your colleagues, if I have contacted them. Sorry that I mentioned you in my post, but maybe you need free vouch of copy from me? @Raple I have seen that other staff is saying that Middleman can give vouches for beginners too.
