This is fucked but it's not fucked at the same time. Situation handled poorly, but as a person who has worked fast food for a bit, I understand what's going on here. We've had pan handlers multiple times at our store, but we'll just tell them to get off our property... If they don't, we're calling the cops. I assume this old man was warned prior to not come back on the property as they've only seen him harass their customers. Situation could have been handled a lot better, but I also do think if someone bought food for the dude he should be allowed to eat there... But then again, I don't know how much this guy was harassing their customers.

Also, just in my opinion, homeless people need to get off their ass, and find a job. There are several facilites they can clean up at and apply at fast food resturant. Lot of these homeless people are fakers, and make hunders of dollars making up fake ass stories. No pity for MOST of these chumps. (Also these people are rude, disrepectful, and don't appricaite it as much as you would think)

Thats fucked. Idk the facts of homeless shelters and stuff but don't thee places only feed once a day (at dinner), not three times a day?

I'm sure they offer meals throughout the day but in certain locations if they don't have funding and/or a decent shelter, they probably only offer it once.

Officer was cool until she did that whole I AM THE LAW shit. Also the guy recording was clearly just causing more trouble than need be. I understand that he's trying to stand up for the homeless person, but then he just tries to be a pain in the ass as much as possible for the employees, like telling them to print a receipt he claims he doesn't have when he clearly does.

I remember at my work , it was a rush , a big line. Suddenly a homeless person came in, she made the restaurant smell bad as fuck, we lost so many customers that day but thankfully we kicked her out before the store got emptied. I have nothing against homeless people but sometimes it can make people run away or puke since some of them don't shower for months in summer
