The Design Notes are your best bet for figuring out when stuff ends. Only issue is AE often doesn't give the end date to events, they just decide to remove them.
It does however say that the dragon pet released during the event will be unavailable after June 22nd, so that could be the event end date.

When does the fire war end?
I just got back to AQW after 5 years (I played Beta 10 years ago as well). Wondering how I can find out when events end. Thanks!

The Fire War is a permanent addition to the game.
It's not going to leave since there's no Rare Rarity on any item except for the ones in the Featured Gear Shop.The Cash Must Flow
