@Ryan I did use google. I can never find anything good like this on google, that's why I asked here. And those aren't what I'm looking for, more along the lines of close up and not surreal. Something I could put a render of a car on maybe? Thanks for helping.

oh ik what u mean... i had one of those that i used for a sig, but idk where i put it, i fink it was deleted, it was time square but landscape perspective.

its not that the lights were on
he left the shutter open for a long time
u can tell for 2 reasons
1 u can see lines where cars have been
2 ive taken long shutter shots and i know u get that sky

I think Liz was just saying the stock she used previously was like the one she linked, except it was at nighttime and the lights were on in the city. She wasn't describing the picture she linked.
