[Help]visual basic trainer

hello everybody!!!
i am searching a lot of times on the internet or books but i cant find anything about a hack program
first what i want to do run a game (that is done)

sExecutable = "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe steam://rungameid/42700"
        Shell (sExecutable)

but now i want to do if i am in the game and i press something that i get that
like in black ops zombie if i have 500 money and than i can set it to 1000000
but i dont know how
i have ask my dad if he can help me but he dont know how
cause you have to do something from steam to the game he say
and he cant that!!!
i know that their is a het asynckey state or something
but it not works for me :s
so maybe someone else can help me also very thanks !!!
