]Hi to all! So are you banned on ip like me? Fuck all Project Blackout :P ...i know how to create account...so hidemyass.com is a good website were you can go and type Sign up - SG Interactive you will see the space were you should write your website...so you paste this and press hidemyass...so you will be transfered on their website...and you register...but first create an email...you can create email without hidemyass.com :P ...GOoD luck to everyone and happy HACKING

We've been over this time and time again. If you're banned on the site, simply use ANY proxy that doesn't block client-side scripting such as javascript.
If your region is blocked on the game, use the links that the above poster provided to download the VPN that makes it seem like you're from another zone.
Nothing else really needs to be said here.
