    Breakdancing.

    After i do breakdancing my muscles always ache and hurt, this happens to me everytime i Bboy but when my friends do it it doesn't happen to them, i visited the doctor he said i ripped some muscle tissues is that good or bad?

    I do stretches for about 5-10 mins before every dance session. this has been happening for about 6 weeks already it gets worser, today i can't even move my left arm.

    If you don't think you can continue AT ALL, then don't push yourself that far

    yep, your muscles are still developing
    if you feel weak, remember to start eating well

    at 13, you should just worry about staying in shape (not building muscle, because even hormones at 13 don't break out that early for such) just focus on, staying in shape, balance for bboying (sidechair, airbaby, crickets) if you're more of a top rocker then sure whatever.
