Ok so this is a simple dock with drag&drop functions.
You simple drag&drop your programs into the bar, right click on the bar to get the menu.
There you can actually choose much.
It is topmost yes..

Controls:
Insert - End session
Drag&drop - Add program
Right click - Menu

I did it all myself but i described the code since i made a tutorial for another site *wont mention it here*.
And i dont want peoples who run to me saying "How do i use this?", "How can i edit this?". I just did the comments for the tutorial i did
