Bind-Yo-Shit. A simple keybind tool.

Hey guys. Just started playing vindictus and all the keybind methods seemed like a huge pain in the rectum to get working 'cos there was so much fiddly shit. Anyway, I spent the night coding a little app that I hope will make things that little bit easier.

First, a screenshot so you can get the feel for what I'm talking about:



What does it do?
Well, as you can see there are 3 main components to the program.

1. HFS Extractor. Browse for the .hfs file, click extract. Navigate to wherever you started this program from and there should be a folder with the same name as the .hfs file. Open it up and look at your goodies.
2. HFS Compiler. Reverse of the extractor, browse for the directory containing your goodies, hit compile and be amazed at the resulting .hfs file.
3. Basic Keybind. Everything rolled into one. Allows you to quickly and easily add some extra keybinds to various .cfg.comp files and be playing again within seconds.

So yeah, the Basic Keybind is the main aspect of the program but I figured that I may as well throw in the 2 other tools for the "seasoned veterans" who prefer to have complete control over everything that they edit.

Me - 99%. Wrote the whole thing from scratch, but wouldn't have gotten far without VZipFlip as far as compiling/extracting files went (though why they compile to .zip i dunno )

This is my first C# program really...so go easy if I missed any exceptions or whatever, post them in the thread and I'll update when I get the time.

EDIT: Found a tiny little bug, fixed it. Rescanned and re-attached.
EDIT2: Fixed the backup. Was originally just backing up the last copy of the .hfs file, now it makes the backup only while there is no backup file already there.

I was modifying the attachment. Found a small bug that I had to fix.

Hey, thanks for the utility. You have to ignore a good 80% of the posters in here though.

Would you consider adding support for 'revert to default' and perhaps saved bind sets? I don't see functionality for that in its current incarnation.

Thanks! This looks like a very useful tool. I use my own batch files to do the extraction and compression of the hfs files and then manually have to go to the folders to make the proper replacements, so I know how tedious this job can be if you have to do it a lot of times for testing. I'm gonna be using this once it's approved
