You could opt to do rock crabs until 99 if you wanted to. They give fantastic experience. Alternatively, after around level 55, you can go to Neitiznot and kill yaks there. Hide drops and hair drops are good for crafting.

I have a pet-peeve about spelling things out and proper grammar. It irks me when I don't see it done. However, since this is the INternet, I must learn to survive through it. Am I right?

but what armor should i get for rock crabs?

Don't worry about the questions thing. I just started two weeks ago and I had a shit-ton of questions as well. Rock crabs don't really require armor but if you get near a Hobgoblin then you should run away as they have really high accuracy. Rock crabs don't really hit high as well. Adamant armor should be more than enough for rock crabs.

should i train at chickens 4 a day to get my def to 30?
bc right now i have 40 attk / str / def on-

so like get addy on the first 4 then train at chickens to get def to 30 on the rest?

I'm going to sound like a broken record here, but if you have 43 prayer, do the new DnD, Troll Invasion for practice. You just pray protect melee. You will get 16k+ EXP a run which is about 5 - 10 minutes and you'll also have free supplies.
