Yea, redownload the DLLs. Dont think that Vista is the problem. Still weird that this happens only to 4-5 ppl.

I'm running on 64 bit and i'm having the same problem. I've tried redownloading everything (Besides redownloading Vindictus because that would take forever and i'm not gay) and i'm still having the same problem.
