My story:
So there are 3 house in my ENTIRE subdivision who don't have a cable directly to their house. Why don't they ? Because the developers didn't put it in there, why? Because they are fucking morons and forgot.

So me and my adjacent neighbors can't get cable. We have to settle with DSL. Let me tell you ONE thing, DSL sucks and whoever i get out here can fix it for like a day, then it goes back to being shit.

My problem:
Since i have a job, and i have money, I offered to pay for my internet.

My parents apperantly think they will have to pay for it.

HELLO I HAVE MONEY THAT I NEVER SPEND JUST SITTING HERE WAITING.

Internet doesn't cost shit nowadays, and i'd be fucking happy as shit if i could get my own line instead of relying on a 6 year old router. I'd even pay for a new router but that directly benifits them and they won't have that now will they?

So I'm looking for internet deals, i guess att got something or another, checking it out. If anyone has a good idea for internet suggestions post it and post speeds.

Probably not. They were talking about how i'd have to dig up the street, which is an absolute no because half the neighborhood couldn't get out.

We had the same problem in this area. Until some company offered internet via TV-Cable, which is quite fast.
