Mom's bringing home my new PC back next Friday before my dad and she go out of town for the weekend. He doesn't know about it so I only have Friday night + Saturday to do everything I need to do with it.

Not entirely sure of what I should be downloading. Have a few staples down i.e. antivirus, a few games, etc, but I'm not sure what I'm missing. Help pls.
