Out of these 4 desktops which one is the best?

I really want to build a pc but i dont know where to put this shit and that shit and that shit.

There are literally millions of tutorials available, it's quite simple. Just look at the one by Rose, all you really need to do is screw one board into a case, screw another box (the psu) into the case, pop on some stuff (ram, cpu & gfx cards), screw the gfx cards in place, connect everything with the psu and close the case. Tadaa (also at one point you might want to add the HDDs)

Z68 would be better if you use a big drive.
You could create a partition for Smart Response Technology that would make your partition work like a smaller sized SSD and use bigger partition as data drive.

Using SSDs for caching is kinda pointless, especially given the prices now and the rate at which they're dropping. Also Z68 isn't really worth paying for imo. If he gets an SSD => use it as an SSD or don't get it all

And BF3, and TF2 ... and it can't hurt to get the Ti, if you have the money.



Lights, fancy fans etc. can all be easily added but they don't really add much to performance. If you want a fancy case you can always switch the Core 3000 for something worse but more flashy And watercooling is, well, cooling stuff with water instead of air. Forget about it for now, you neither have the money, need nor expertise just yet to make it worth trying.

Oh god help all of us if she decides to play BF3. Shes barely gets a .1KD in CoD.

I watched alot of people building their computer and i reckon its pretty straight forward. I mean its not really easy but its not really hard.

No worries, all the PSU connectors have unique shapes, realistically the worst thing that can happen is that you forget to connect something. The audio / power / LED / usb wires are usually more annoying, but every motherboard comes with a manual that lists the complete wire configuration so it shouldn't really be a problem.

Not really, no. With that kinda money you can delve into Intel's stuff since AMD won't really continue working on it's higher-end stuff. The case is kinda shitty for the price too. And afaik Newegg doesn't ship outside the states?

And for processors, Intel is faster but AMD is cheaper, I have a 6 Core processor which is a Phenom II x6, The case is good since its full of cable management, Has support for a few fans which will provide good airflow into the case keeping it cool also you dont have to mess about with screw since you just press to clips down to open the case.

You can get Cold Cathode lights which are what mine are, Available in a selection of colours including UV

Imo it's not worth hopping on the AMD boat any more, at least as far as cpus / mobos go. Their chipsets have been noticeably lagging behind and they've dropped out of the high-end cpu race too. Pretty nice build though.
