ConsoLite 1.1c.2 for NA only

Bugfix update:
-Fixed a few problems with the command buffer c: (again.. bleh)

Features
-Basic features of a console.
-Disabled certain malicious commands when not the host.
-Some built-in commands.

Instructions for sinject(Copied from Nico's thread)
-Open sinJect (or any other injector) as admin
-In sinJect, select consolite.dll by clicking on it
-Add a new game profile by clicking the "Add" button and select Vindictus.exe
-Select the game profile
-Now you can start Vindictus.exe
-Close sinJect directly after you hear a "click" sound
-Have fun!

Well if you have a Console, you can use the PieCoomands. Pie has God. But tbh I'm pretty sure we need a VinPub for binds to even work, so yes we'll have a console when approved, but no VinPub until Nico gets to working on VinPub v7.1
