I need to make some accounts, but really dont want to use facebook to make them. any way to still make Ijji accounts?

Make it through Steam, all you gotta give is user, pass, and email.

It's on steam. Make a new steam account and make a new Ava account there. Don't log in though because it doesn't allow you to make another. Just play the account thru ijji reactor.

Good luck.. Its stupid that ijji doesnt allow you to make accounts anymore.. Probably because ijji is gonna switch to aeria.
