>case: It's okay, I guess.
>ram: definitely switch this ram - it's way too slow and requires way too much power
>heat sink: kinda cheapo sink, I would rather spend a bit more and get something top notch. Tuniq's Tower Extreme 120, Noctua's NH-D14/C14, and Prolimatech's Megahalems/Mega Shadow are all greater heatsinks.
>fan: same as the heatsink, I would rather get something better
>ssd: fuck OCZ, definitely not worth. Crucial's m4 ssds are way more reliable and offer greater overall real-life performance.
>monitor: I don't really venture into cheapo monitor areas, so I dunno if it's worth it. I would personally always recommend you future-proof your monitors though so if you're getting a TN, at least make it worth it (120Hz or some other quality).
>mobo: P8Z77-V Pro is a nice mid-range mobo, keep it.
>cpu: mkaaaay
>OS: don't buy an OS. Windows 8 is nearly here and it will offer all of Windows 7's features and more. I would just pirate 7 and wait for 8, if you really want to buy an OS.
Also get an extra low-power HDD or two (such as the Caviar Green from WD) for your storage/backup needs. I would go with at least two 500GB in raid1

Samsung monitors are great, not a big fan of SSD or Asus Mobo, Windows 7 Ultimate x64 w/ SP1 Torrent... Caviar Green WD is great I have 3 of those. Antec, Coolermaster or Thermaltake CPU Cooler, with either a push or push/pull config for when u get a urge to overclock that sexy Ivy Bridge...

I've yet to see Antec, CM and Thermaltake produce something that can match Tuniq's, Noctua's, Thermalright's or Prolimatech's stuff. As far as Caviar Greens go, they're pretty bad to use as active / primary HDDs, but better for backup due to them being so "green" and spinning down every second.

Will the stock fan be enough to cool it down? My Intel quad2 core tends to get a little warm, and is one fan enough? Once I open the side panel of my computer, it's fairly warm. The Bitfenex case has 2 120mm fans in top, 2 120mm fans in the front and another one in the rear but there isn't any, you need to buy the fans yourself. The SDD will be a different one but the SSD will be the primary and my current HDD will be the one for storing files.

that's why.
The reason why I want a heatsink is because I'm afraid it will get tOo hot, not for overclocking. Also, https://www.mpgh.net/forum/2-general/472243-damnit.html help please!

If you want, you can get a cheapo water cooler.
Corsair Cooling Hydro Series H60 High Performance CPU Cooler System LGA1155 LGA1366 OEM - Corsair - H60/BULK
If you don't intend to OC at all the stock heatsink should keep your CPU within the safe boundaries. However if you ever get an aftermarket heatsink and fans, it would be a shame not to OC at least a bit.
I said that, feel free to challenge my claim. I can dig up multiple benchmarks and stats backing it up. Caviar Greens were made with the notion of "green computing" in mind, ergo they sacrifice a lot in terms of performance in order for a lower power draw, less heat and less sound.
That's worse than any decent air cooling. If you want LC, at least get a proper LC kit that has decent parts.
