The powder market has crashed since this post (for you new kids on the block, they used to be in the high 200k's at the time of that post). Next on the list will be enhance stones, and lastly generic weapon/armor mats like iron ores.
I think tho some of the higher level mats will significantly fluctuate the next few weeks while people are leveling their kais up.

And I think you are right that the high level mats will most likely go back up when people got their kais up to lvl 60, just like the red metal bow was so expensive when everybody's kai was lvl 12! I don't think magic powder was 200k though, it was blessed magic elixir that was that expensive.
