Decode the files and we could get new guns added

I believe these files below contents the codes of all guns for when I replace them with the old version I could buy the flash grenade.

My point is if we can read these files we can get all the codes and get new guns added.

But when I opened it with TXT, it's all mess ……*&…………*%￥#￥@……）*

Can you decode these files into TXT, and share with us?
