How to know if your server's admins are professional, or quality, admins

Here are some tips on weeding out those unprofessional and very biased admins. You can also use this guide for hiring admins, or demoting the ones people complain about. Watch for this behavior, and solve it the best you can if possible.

1.] A respectable admin will never swear at a player in a normal conversation unless it is personal discussion or chat. They should not be doing this over side, global, or admin chat.

2.] A good admin will never ban hackers for "HACK FUCK CUNT" if they are admins on any server worth playing on. This means they believe they have full control over the players and act as if they're god of ArmA 2. Remind them that they don't control their playerbase by leaving their server. They will learn to be professional and respectful quickly. Feel free to voice your reasons for leaving as well, as kindly as possible so that they may not get angry at you and simply learn a lesson from it. They may own or be staff on the server, but that doesn't mean they have the right to disrespect even the lowest of hackers or players.

3.] A professional admin will never get in an argument or angry fight with a player on their server. Any admin worth sticking around with will never insult a player or express anger towards a player. A professional admin should put the player in place as respectfully and kindly as possible. If your admin has anger issues, swears at players for cheating/talking in side chat, etc. then you should either leave their server or remove their admin position (if you are the owner/recruiter).

4.] A professional admin will also never be unable to pinpoint a hacker. Nothing goes unlogged and if your admin can't detect those nuking and parachuting hackers then they shouldn't be admins. You can either leave the server, demote your admin, or stick around and get killed by hackers.

5.] A good admin will keep up-to-date on the game as much as the server. If your admin doesn't know where to find an FN FAL, they shouldn't probably be an admin quite yet until they touch up on the game more. Leave their server or demote them so that they can continue to get to know the game itself before trying to dictate it.

Remember to keep your admins in check, even as a player. You must remind them that even though they can do whatever they want on their own server, doesn't mean they can stop you and other players from leaving it.
