So your mouse should have a built in macro function. Check the mouse forum to find the script.

Ill have a look at that. As far as I know the speeds are correct for the macro I have.

I would test the M4A1 Original on 17 Clicks Per Second and see if that helps. Thats the best setting for that gun.

Sorry for the long reply, I currently do not use a mouse because I haven't bought one but the one I would most likely buy would be a Razer Deathadder. All the settings I use are the ones in the thread. I either change it the settings a few seconds up or down depending on how I am doing in the game but the numbers in the thread offer the best time/recoil.

As for my macro, I created one for myself and I am not planning to release it. It is a very simple and basic macro that gets the job done.

It depends. The faster you shoot the more likely it is to silence the gun. You can't get banned for shooting silently once in a while

If the gun shoots the same as a gun on the list, experiment with the M/S either a few up or down. You can usually tell the due to the recoil pattern and the type of gun it is.
