    I think he means the last quest in the Champion Initiation quest.

    Head over to Northlands and do Sneak and Charge quests.
    after you accomplish both, head over to Kingcoal and defeat King Coal.

    He needs to buy undead warrior, If you already have undead warrior finish the quest first, In able to unlock the Hail to the king quest.
