Ava rules has only got 1k views.. That is nothing @Liz should add that whenever you enter a section u have to see rules before being able to enter section to use hacks ( should only be shown once not everytime u open section )

Well lots of people are getting banned because they don't read rules it will only take 5min of there time if they are bad at english 2min tops if you are capable of reading english at and average level.

Well then its the people's fault for getting banned. Honestly I could care less about ppl getting banned by their own mistakes. It my job to make sure im not one of them.

1,866,000 registered users (Just read it somewhere, so please don't quote me). Each section has a Sticky with the "Rules & Regulations".

It is the users fault if they don't read them.

The rules are specific for this section. Those threads should be viewed by the users of the AVA section. However, it is not a requirement and some users that have common sense should be fine. Including those who already know the rules.

We can't force them to, but they can get penalized for not reading it, when they end up breaking the rules.
