HELP, Xingcode Error 0xE019100C

Please can someone helpme???
I keep having problems with his error that says:

Your PC has beend used illegal programs (Hacking Tools) as we checked. Therefore, you are not able to play this game.

I dont have any hack running, so....
Here is what ive done:

Uninstalled AVA, deleted files in c:directory and reinstall it... but no way, still same problem, cant play AVA, same error

Show screenshots? I actually think you got IP / hardware Banned. If I get a Xigncode error it only says 3rd party program running, please close unnecessary programs

The thing is that i can start playing AVA, and in 5 seconds that Sherlock holmes pal pops up and says:

"Xigncode Error 0xE019100C.Your PC has beend used illegal programs (Hacking Tools) as we checked. Therefore, you are not able to play this game.".

is that a Ban? Sherlock notices you the BAN like this? i thought is Aeria who tells you you are banned ...

maybe you have a hack running without noticing and that hack is detected? try restarting computer then play

Restart your computer. Log back in. Open up task manager and look under the processes tab. Find any other .exe programs that might be running. End them. Start AVA up without any hacks.
