I already tried everything i said before, now ive sent the ticket. Hopefuly they get my computer unbanned.

No problem. Aeria should reply within 24 hours. If they say you got banned we can probrably fix that

I know there is at least one thread about this error but i didn't get a solution.

The error is: 0xE019100C Your PC has beend used illiegal programs (Hacking Tools) as we checked. Therefore, you are not able to play this game.

I tried Expat Shield, didn't worked. Restart Computer, same error.

This happens in every account, in my main and for example in a new account that e created right now.

I can use my account in other computers, so i thought it was a hardware ban. I tried to do the bypass on the "FAQ Banned?" Thread. I Changed my Hard Drives ID's, I still get this error.

I used the "UltimateHack" and ccman32 lastest hack (0.70) on another computer, with another account.

I can post any prints or specs you want.

If you can help me, i would apreciate it very much!

It's a possible HWID ban, so just change the coding on your hard drive!

Still getting the error.

It may be registry error that is giving the error code. Use Ccleaner and use the Registry Cleaner (save a copy of the reg when it asks). You will see the ccman hacks on the registry and xigncode has hidden files that you can't see that are connected to your registry keys, so try Ccleaner on it.

I am dumb. I just noticed that i did the HWID "thing" wrong... I had to put like a342-b243 and not 3923-2433, didn´t read that...

I will try like this, if it doesn't work, i will try CCleaner. Thanks.

you can try format your PC if dont work get outer windows like every windows have 1 ID they can ban your ID of windows i get 1 time in outer game i have to get outher OS

I'll try format was last solution. I just re-instaled ava and did the HWID un-ban correctly, still doesn't work.

I will try Registry Cleaner in CC.

It failed, i entered the game, i joined a lobby and it crashed, same error.

Ugh I'm late,

1- Download VolumeID

2- Extract Volumeid.exe to your C:\ and other Local Hard Drives with WinRar / 7Zip

3- Start > Run > "cmd" > Press Enter

4- Type "C:", Press Enter.

5- Type "Volumeid.exe C: 1234-5678", Press Enter.

6- You have now changed your C: hard drive Serial Number. Please repeat step 5 to all of your LOCAL hard drives. So for example 'Volumeid.exe D: 1234-56789


7- And finally, Restart your PC .

Note: "1234-5678" Was an example, you MUST put there a random Serial Number with template "xxxx-xxxx".

Note 2: The Download of VolumeID are there, just click on VolumeID and download
