I know there is at least one thread about this error but i didn't get a solution.
The error is: 0xE019100C Your PC has beend used illiegal programs (Hacking Tools) as we checked. Therefore, you are not able to play this game.
I tried Expat Shield, didn't worked. Restart Computer, same error.
This happens in every account, in my main and for example in a new account that e created right now.
I can use my account in other computers, so i thought it was a hardware ban. I tried to do the bypass on the "FAQ Banned?" Thread. I Changed my Hard Drives ID's, I still get this error.
I used the "UltimateHack" and ccman32 lastest hack (0.70) on another computer, with another account.
I can post any prints or specs you want.
If you can help me, i would apreciate it very much!

Use ccman32 hack into your computer, it automatically removes the xhunter.
Remove the logs, use ccleanner and reboot.
You're welcome, good luck ... But hardware ban, did not know it was possible o.O
I forgot something, i cant run ccman32 hack, i will explain. My computer is W7 64 bits i tried ccman and ultimate hack, didnt worked, so i gaved i try to a friends computer that is W7 32 bits and worked. That is the computer i hacked (with other account). So, in this computer i got banned, cant play in any account and i cant run ccman32's hack.
The error is: When i start ava, the hack tries to inject in the game and the game stoped working, i ran was an admin, tried with Xp codec compatibility.
One more thing, I used the Xhunter1 bypass by riddick at a long time ago.
Yes as @Air. had said, you have to remove your xigncode log file and your xm.exe file. Then use ccleaner and restart your computer.
C: Aeria Games >> AVA>> Binaries >> Xigncode
I deleted xm.exe and xm log files, i ran CCleaner. i still get the error.
My friend can enter in the account so is a hardware/mac ban i think.
I am going to try to change my Mac address now. If that doesn't work, i will try to de-install and install the game on C: (currently its in D:, where steam is installed) and by ignite.
Hardware ban is possible...

Ok, I changed my MAC address, Changed my ip, Tried to enter in another account, used CCleaner, deleted Xigncode files, bypassed hardware ban (with volumeid.exe) in the FAQ thread, restarted my computer after each step and i still get the error. I am worried most because i spended a shit lot of Ap in my acc, and this is the pc that i have that can run AVA. I will try to re-install in another hard drive now.
You should send a ticket in to Aeria asking why.
