Yeah i started making all pieces pop like that since i just bought like 100 different sharpies. If you look at all the colors, I added the darker version of it to add a shadow. Makes it pop. so I wanted to do some weird black and white on the outside just to fill up space and emphasize on the colors

Canvas is alright, problem is the material bleeds too much and has texture which is hard to do when i'm using a .005mm pen. I really want to get a thick piece of wood and do something like that

at some point in time i'd like to setup my prints on a site in HD and cleaned up. Would love to get my art out there. but right now it's more of a hobby.

I've had similar inspiration on DMT, only mine with music, this definitely reminds me of my own trip. Strange.
