Luck or Organization?

So I reported a visitor message of someone referencing and directly linking another forum.
Within a minute the user was banned.

I just checked the page again, and the post was deleted.

So, my question is: do you guys think that this is luck (as in, they just so happen to be banning the user as I was reporting)? Or do you think that someone banned him seconds after I reported it?!
