    Seems like conflicting traffic I recommend wtfast 30 day trial. And or go to services.msc and turn off unnessiaary things running.

    it doesn't lower ping persay, it just gives u the lowest possible even if ur lagging. I went from 60-70 to 20-35.

    My ping in the game is fine.. my upload speed is terrible.. where i can't stream very well :/
