I don't think text titles can have backgrounds, and to request colored text titles it requires 1000+ posts.
You also cannot have profanity in your title, but who knows. Liz might allow it.

I believe you want someone to make you an image title, I am not that person. Go to GFX section, there's a thread there where you can post this. You also need a hella of a lot more posts for an image title.
