Selling Leaked Methods

Regarding the sale of Leaked Methods.
There is no rule against selling Leaked Methods!

Posting in the thread claiming the method is leaked is NOT allowed.
It's sales trashing.

To be honest Symmetrical the selling of leaked methods should not be allowed at all as it is really robbing people of their money when they can simply find it for free.

If it wasn't allowed, it would kill the User Services section
and it isn't the seller's fault if the buyer was not aware that the ebook was already leaked.

However, if the ebook doesn't work and the person is selling it.. then that isn't allowed.

Notify me if you got an ebook that doesn't work, don't just post a wall of text without even trying the method.

I bought this ebook awhile back. Doesn't work here is link to thread. I tried it with 4 different steam cards.

What about the selling of an eBook that has been leaked but is made by a member of this site? And also. Can you open a report if you have proof that a member of MPGH leaked your eBook?

I understand that the selling of leaked methods isn't against the rules. Yet is plagiarism against the rules?
Say someone just went on the leaks forum and picked up an ebook, then came her and started selling that exact ebook claiming it as theirs. That would be plagiarism and making money off of such.

I have seen based on past threads that these threads have been closed due to the sellers not having resale rights and not being able to prove definitively so, does this rule only apply to methods or books that were made by MPGH members directly or in general?

I have seen threads get closed because of both, by chance could you define this rule and the punishments for breaking it.

Then there are actions taken by other staff that show how much this needs to be defined.

If it works, they're allowed to sell it.

Users selling leaked methods that doesn't work will be permanently banned

Can you make sure users understand that the method can be leaked, but not a pirated or downloaded copy of an ebook with such method that another user has made?

The METHODS that have been leaked may be sold but not the word for word written ebook or explanation of how to do such methods as that would break the rule..

"- No directly posting pirated/infringing material."
"- No revealing MPGH users paid ebooks/methods, unless this member has been inactive for at least half a year."

Multiple users have had their threads deleted when they attempted to sell my product "PayDay" with my thread outline and the PayDay product itself, not the reworded methods and what not.
