My HD 419's broke and I wanted to return/exchange them. The place I bought them (future shop) emailed me a shipping label to print out for a pickup from UPS. I missed the first pickup on a thursday (didn't hear anyone knock, went to go to the store later that night and seen that there was something stuck to my door.), then friday nobody came. I called ups the next monday and told them my shipping id. They told me that the pickup address was in a whole different city.

UPS Deliverers are great people. The retards at the shipping facilities are the ones who are snorting crack through their ass cheeks, flinging boxes around as if they dont matter.
