Well that's why I had it there initially. It was reported so I saw that point. If you'd like, you can make another thread specifically for the boosting, link users to this thread for account sales. Up to you!

We support both PTC and Gmail accounts.
By default when catching the Magikarps you're going to receive a lot of experience, so yes you would gain levels (theoretically for free) with this service.
