Anyway, everything works fine. He might or might not use the method on the General News page, but there are similarities

The number "2453" is just an anagram of "2345" so I guess he just switched the numbers up

When I clicked "Update Payment Method" I found this:

He used the same zip code as the one in the instruction


I'm just going to say that his method works just fine, but he might be lying about the method he used, and you don't want to buy anything from a liar
