How does admins know if its VAC Detected or Not

Hi, I'm new to the forums and I recently came here very often for CSGO hacks, Such as awesome AHK scripts by CSGO players, The External Trigger bot that worked yesterday but it says its detected today. I'm just wondering how the admins or moderators know if its detected or not because, y'know, if new hack comes out I can't wait all day long for an administrator to test it and give an opinion 'bout it :P (Not sarcasm xD They might be busy or etc) and I don't want to get VAC banned while testing the hack and risking my good account. (BTW I REALIZED THAT FAMILY SHARED ACCOUNTS VAC BANS GOES TO MAIN ACCOUNT!)

If a hack is released before the last change on that page, I suggest not using the hack.

So uh, you don't use an alt account or something to check if its patched or detected?

We don't have the money to waste on alt accounts 24/7, csgo patches happen in a timely matter where we can close the thread before to many people get vac'd.
