My go to most of the time is a blend of crushed dried habeneros, bird's eyes and other strains that my mom grows. You'd rub it in a tiny bit of oil then let it sit in the fridge overnight. Next day you just whack it on the grill and you got some nice really hot bacon. Originally Posted by HalfBajan
