First, why in the world would his "partner" be selling these debit cards of like $300 for $20?

And second if he actually is purchasing legitimate prepaid cards he wouldn't go around buying other people pizza he would buy actual shit for himself. Hmm probably because these "prepaid debit cards" are fucking credit cards and he knows that if he spends them on himself he'd be in deep shit.
