I do not know if it works with the R* version. But you will need to install ScriptHookV to your game folder along with the LUA Plugin for ScriptHookV in order to get the scripts/addins folder-setup.

Go to start>Computer>(WHAT EVER DISK DRIVES YOU DOWNLOADED GTA5 ON!!!!)>(find your steam folder try looking for steamapps)>common>Grand Theft Auto V
