    I don't know any atm for 1.28, but if you downgrade to 1.27 or 1.24 you could probably change it. If you have successfully downgraded use either GTA Force v2.5.1 or the Equality Mod Trainer v0.03.

    Hello mate. I am new also to this. I was wandering if I can use money cheat when I downgrade my GTA V to 1.24, would I get banned for this after updating it back to 1.28?

    You can get banned on 1.24 but in 1.24 isnīt that anti-cheat like in 1.28... You can read about it on Rockstar newswire...
