    [Release] l96 and bullet holes mod

    i didnt know what to call this, gold sunburst maybe?
    anyways i was messing around in photoshop and i came up with this



    and bulletholes to airstrike marker(THEY BLINK/yea)




    inject all the .SPR files into FX.rez
