Verifying Process :
1st step : You give me your paypal password & your paypal e-mail. (Through pm or msn -- PM is better)
2nd step : I change your password. Then I verify your account. (I don't wanna get scammed thats why I do it like this)
3rd step : You make my payment.
4th step : I change your password to the password you want.
5th step : You Thank Me

This right here is considered an attempt scam. Why would someone want you to change the PW for them? you will still know the PW.
