I would definitely consider going to Mojang customer support and giving them your details. Having your original transcript and Email address will help, assuming you purchased the account. If you did not, there won't be any ways to get it back.

Using EggCrack, you can run a MITM on the user by simply loading in the username or Email you're aware of in a single line. Loading in one account will cause the cracker to spawn many parallel threads working on the same user, and will go through enormous password dictionaries (>1 million) much faster.

i never made a cracker. but you can try using a pssword list on him in eggcrack
