Debate Topic: Is Android Dominate Over Apple (Not Based On Sales)
So I just got done reading 2 treads on Apple products (mainly iPhone 5S and 5C) and I have to say its sad. I don't understand why Apple has this huge reputation of being the best. Quite frankly I think that is horse shit. It seems to me that iPhones were created for the mentally challenged since they only work well for those type of people. I had an iPod Touch the first year it was released and it was complete trash. I thought the UI was ugly and it had an awkward feel to it. Not only that but everything had to be linked with iTunes.
1.) iTunes -iTunes is like smoking cigarettes. The more you smoke, the worse your health is. Well the more you use iTunes, the more likely you are of punching your computer screen. Nothing seems to want to work with iTunes; this is mostly aimed towards the Music section of the program. I know that just about all of us torrent music. That in mind, the music isn't connected to iTunes and iTunes will not allow you to drag and drop the songs into its library. Why? You would think that this would have been first on the agenda for Apple. With Android you can just connect the device to your computer, and browse to the folder that you need your music in. Not only can you browse to a music folder but too all the other folders on your device. This is great if you need to find something that is hidden within your device or want to make room on your drive.
2.) IOS -IOS is the operating system that all iDevices run on. Let me just keep this short, IOS is the ugliest, thing, that my eyes had ever had to look at. The operating system runs off a disgusting UI that hasn't changed since about a week ago. So from 2007 until now it has stayed almost EXACTLY the same. This new IOS 7 that is out is just sad. Apple has stooped to an all time low copying the Android UI and putting their own ugly "Apple Touch" into it. Why is this even okay?
3.) Product Material -This is towards the glass back. Why in the hell would you have a phone made out of glass? A majority of the iPhone users are like 12. 12 year olds break things. This why I can't understand why you would make a phone out of such a fragile material that you know can easily break? I admit, the glass does look nice, but so do other materials like carbon fiber and carbon fiber wont break from a 2 inch drop.
Well thats my outlook.
