No, afaik it isn't fixed. o_O I'm using it fine.

It's not manufacturing, just the craft for ferghus/brakis...

yes it does busmokah because well it's speeding the whole game up so im sure that includes the expertise

?.? I haven't tried it lately.

Finally got 'round to checking this. Yup still works. Assuming you have the required skill, recipe, and ingredients, using manufacture_craft <item_id> does the craft instantly and gives you your proficiency points. Granted that you have to either use a properly functioning console or change your binds pretty often, but neither of those is that difficult these days.

Go forth and craft!

(now if only I could spawn all the ingredients I need )
