yes it does busmokah because well it's speeding the whole game up so im sure that includes the expertise

I meant that i used it all the time.. Friggin awesome. I gave up looking for "expertise instant command". Someone Send me the command if you want.

Finally got 'round to checking this. Yup still works. Assuming you have the required skill, recipe, and ingredients, using manufacture_craft <item_id> does the craft instantly and gives you your proficiency points. Granted that you have to either use a properly functioning console or change your binds pretty often, but neither of those is that difficult these days.

Go forth and craft!

(now if only I could spawn all the ingredients I need )
