Since I'm skinny as fuck I want to grow some muscles, especially biceps because mine are very small. I don't have any materials to work out so I had to be creative, I filled a chest with a handle with my schoolbooks. It weighs 8 kilos now. I just lift it till the handle is at my chests heigth and then I lift it down. I do this like 15 times with each arm. But idk if this is effective. I also do like 20 push ups a day, but again idk if that's effective. Do you guys know if those methods are effective? If not; what should I do then?
