    He could dodge it
But he won't have the strength to flip you holding the bar. My work mate does MMA and he struggles to ground heavier and stronger opponents even though he's more nimble. Mass vs agility would probably cancel each other out. Unless he was really good at it.

    Explain yourself...
Because originally I was pretty damn skinny, and my frame was rather small.
You were seeking strength, justice, splendour.
    You were seeking love.
Here is the pit, here is your pit.

@Paralyze , It's really tough if you don't have weights. You can pirate "Insanity". It's 60 days. Very intense cardio overall. But you get really cut. Since you're skinny, you already have a head start. Certainly not the same results but you gain lean muscle (lots of definition). But you're going to have to take in a lot of calories (Insanity offers a conversion tool thingy on how much you would need to eat relative to your height and weight). Doing pushups and situps every day isn't going to do much. Certainly better than doing nothing, but your body adjusts to it. That's why you might notice that sort of thing getting easier. Every day of the 60 days is HARD. It will never get easy. And that's why you see results.

Also, it's probably not the best idea to ask people who sit on the computer all days hacking/playing video games asking advice about physical fitness..From reading a lot of these comments, a lot of people have no idea what they're talking about.

I deal with chronic knee dislocation which why I'm at home (and ultimately on the forums so much). Though I've been staying in shape as best as possible.

For the record. Pushups work your chest. Pull ups work your back and little bit of your biceps. You can keep doing what you're doing with the books. If you're curling (the bag/sack), I suggest curling as hard as you can (like flexing) and then go down really slow and controlled. Don't sway your body. Don't move your elbows either. Keep them in one position.

I remember when that ****** made a progress thread on Insanity. He did it for 120 days but only gained slight definition. But I think he tried doing it without any dietary changes.

Eat clean. Lots of protein. 1 gram per each pound of body weight. 180 pounds = 180 grams of protein. Daily. And you can only process 25 grams per meal. It's also depends on how hard you're working. I see lots of people doing 3 rounds of P90X with NO results. I've been on YouTube watching people doing their workouts and it's a fucking joke. Horrible form. I might do a progress thread of Asylum (Sequel of Insanity. It's fucking 30 Days!) after my surgery. Being that it will do a whole more for me (but still supplementary) than Physical Therapy.

    Pull ups work your back...
If he does pull ups with wrists facing him, it trains the biceps.

Certainly there is some bicep work in there but pull ups mainly work your back. I've never heard of anyone doing pull ups to work their biceps solely...

@Paralyze before I see any more misinformation I'll jump in here.

Whats your heights, weight, an BMI? Average day what do you eat and how much?

I have a five pound jug of protein and a five pounder of creatine also two pound nitric oxide, seven different kinds of multi vitamins, two BCAA supps, and an intra-workout booster. Soooo many supps.
