Alright, will do some more push ups then
Depends when you have free time, you don't wanna do it right after you eat and after you exercise you can take a shower to feel refresh and all good.I work out from 7-8, Like an hour is good enough exercise. Also make sure to take like a 2 minute break to drink some water so you can re-hydrate.

Alright, I'll work out from 8-9 then.
Do you know how long it can take to become more muscled by just doing those things you said earlier?

Idk, depends on the body and person, I get my muscle easily. But just doing pushups and crunches won't just do it alone, try searching up new styles of exercising.

After you do them, drink some chocolate milk to regain back the muscle tissues you teared up.
THE GYM! Simple as that. I am just 16 and was 2 years ago quite skinny, so i just started eating and going to the gym. Now i got pretty nice chest and a 4 pack. Going for a 6 pack before the summer.

Even so, this is what you need to do.

Eat alot (I am 1,90m and my weight is 80-90 kilo). When you just started go eat in the morning and try not to eat ALOT in the afternoon, if just starting with the gym go 2 times a week. After you body got used to lifting start going 3 times than 4 times. NOW, it takes alot of motivation to go there. What keeps me going is my GF, i always go with her, she most times goes and starts running and i am lifting. And like every man i wanna impress her, and that is what keeps me on going.

If going this is how you should start:

First running, just to warm up a bit. (I go jogging for 10 mins, thats quite alot of time and i am always sweating but 5 mins is also good)

Than train your shoulders and chest, (10 min each and try to take a bit heavy weights)

Than train your back, 10-20 min.

Than you can choise arms or belly, i normaly go with arms (Bisepc and trisepc). But like i said, i want a 6 pack its totaly up to you. both do 20 mins for.

If doing this right you can stay there for like 1-2 hours. If i really feel good i can stay training for 4 hours. I do not recommend to train for 4 hours

Sorry for my bad english ._.

I'd love to go to the gym, but I don't have any money. So I can't go to the gym sadly enough..

Wtf a 4-pack, I didn't even know they existed, I've had a 6-pack since age 13.

Just drink a fuck ton of protein shakes. You'll be ripped in a week.

Typical cs that can't detect sarcasm worth a shit.
Who needs muscles, the world is virtual now
How come you don't just go to a gym and get a personal trainer?
Join a gym, nothing you could do at home without weights is going to get you "jacked"

Also getting ripped takes at least 8+ months of dedication, and im talking both strength and size. Sure there are those who are "jacked" except they weight 130 lbs soaking wet and have no muscle mass whatsoever. I went from 116 pounds to 180 in less than a year. Just eat alot, and follow workouts on bodybuilding . com
At MMA, they made us jog for about 20-30 min. After that, we had to fireman carry each other, followed by picking people up from the back of their knees. Then we went on to really MMA stuff. Only problem is you need another person about your size.
