In a press interview BradyGames leaked something about Black Ops Strategy Guide which confirms Nazi Zombies mode:

It was. If you buy the Prestige or Hardened edition of the game you get 4 additional zombie maps which confirms they are in the game.

It's always better when you've a extra built-in game type for when you get bored of the game, you can play zombie mode. BUT IT'S FUCKING AWESOME . Even when you aren't bored!
